I will post correct and true Information about my ward. I am solely responsible for the dealing with other persons or party for marriage of my ward or wards. Administrator or owner or manager of the Website/App will not be responsible for any legal case involving both the parents or parties of male and female children for any dispute or legal proceedings. Solely I will be responsible for my actions and subsequent actions for marriage of my ward. Solely I will duly cross check the status and credentials of opposite party before entering into any alliance or relationship or marriage of my ward, Administrator or Owner or Manager of Website/App will not be responsible to vouch for veracity or correctness or truth of the BioData of other party. I undertake to indemnify the Administrator or Owner or Manager of the Website/App for any loss due to any action by myself or by opposite party for any kind of loss or damage by any reason or cause. To delete anyone’s Bio Data for any reason is the sole right of the Administrator or Owner or Manager of the Website/App. Decision of the Administrator or Owner or Manager will be final. I have understood the meaning of this undertaking and after I agreeing to the Terms Conditions, Rules and Regulations I am paying the fees as my consent.
